Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)

Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Capital Raisings often present the savvy investor with an opportunity to purchase shares in new upcoming listed companies through the ‘float’ process (IPOs). The ‘float’ (IPOs) is the initial listing of the company on the Stock Exchange – with the aim of raising a specific amount of capital for the growth and strategic purpose of the company.
